A fun and delicious spot in Mineola! We stopped by to try their infamous burritos, empanadas, margaritas, and burrito bowls. We were not disappointed and had a great meal. All the food would be perfect on the go or in person. They have such a cool spot with so many frozen margarita flavors. We got to mix a few to try a little bit of everything. The empanadas are sooo good. We tried the beef one and it is packed with flavor. Stop by for happy hour, lunch, or dinner! You can't go wrong. Thank you to Greg and staff for showing us around and for his recommendations! We will definitely be back soon and we can't wait to try their other locations! Great burrito stop! Fresh ingredients are so perfect. The Beef Empanadas are delicious. Really love the Steak Bowl. It has a little kick but not too spicy. The shrimps are cooked perfectly in the Shrimp Bowl. The Chicken Burrito is huge. Don't forget to order Chips and Guacamole. They're yummy. Frozen drinks are so perfect for this hot summer and it's great for a quick lunch. Love the paintings on the wall.

I ordered the veggie bowl and it was very delicious. The right amount of food. The person who made it for me, was really kind and she smiled when she was making the bowl. Very clean. Then I came to pay, and the cashier person was very nice too. She changed her gloves when I asked for more corn chips .. she smiled too ( you feel welcomed and happy specially after a long day ). The restaurant is super clean.. tables.. floor.. generally a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I live fairly close to Burrito Blvd but didn't know about its existence until a friend let me know a few months ago. This place is one of the local food spots around Winthrop Hospital. Upon entry, there is a seating area that seems kind of closed off right now. I got my order to go so it was fine. The menu and the counter is very Chipotle-ish with the options for a burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, etc... The ordering style is exactly the same as Chipotle, as they ask you what type of rice and beans you want, followed by the meat, followed by the veggies, etc... I've been here twice and got a chicken burrito both times. The chicken burrito is $10.25 and came out to $11.13 with tax included. I noticed the burrito here is definitely bigger than chipotle; it's a bit longer and fatter, which is great. There's a bit more carbs and a bit more meat in this burrito as well. I have to say that the burrito was rock solid and very satisfying to eat. Nothing about it was spectacular, but the burrito was very cohesive and addicting. I was pretty full from the burrito itself, which was a good sign. There's no avoiding the comparison between this place and Chipotle. All in all, the experience here is a little bit better than the average Chipotle meal. The burrito's ingredients are a little bit better quality, the burrito is a little bit bigger, a little bit tastier, and a little bit more expensive. I think the food to price ratio is fairly solid for what you're getting as well. So I'd give this place 4 stars. Cheers.
